The malware error page needs a "Get me out of here!" button.
Bug 380932 implemented a malware error page. Bug 384941 will make use of that page. Until that is fixed, the page can be viewed by copying this to the location bar:
chrome://global/content/netError.xhtml?c=blacklist&e=malwareBlocked&u=http://evil.foo/&d=The%20site%20at%20evil.foo%20has%20been%20reported%20as%20an%20attack%20site.
It's a big scary red warning which ends with "You should not visit this site". I'd expect my mom to panic, calling me and asking what to do now.
To give our users a helping hand, we should add a "Get me out of here!" button like in the anti-phishing warning (http://www.google.com/tools/firefox/safebrowsing/phish-o-rama.html - note that the warning is still broken in trunk builds). The button should load the home page (only the first one if multiple home pages are set).
This is different from e.g. network error pages because it is so scary, but even some of those have a button like "Try Again".

This bug doesn't block the original malware bug, it is blocked BY it.
