38774 - Alter address bar behavior

Just a small enhancement, I think it would be nice if the address bar would
highlight all of the text currently in it, like on IE. I think this would make
it much easier to simply click in the bar and type a new URL. I realize that you
can double click and achieve the same effect, but I don't think every user knows
that. It took me a few days to notice that effect too:)

This is a duplicate of a WONTFIX bug. Once Bugzilla stops giving me error 
messages instead of query results, I'll find the original bug ...
