viewPartialSource.xul has a <browser> that's missing the startScrolling stuff. This shouldn't matter on trunk, but we should fix 1.1.x.

SeaMonkey 1.1 is now dead. Anything remaining on 1.1 that doesn't affect 2.0 or later is therefore WONTFIX.
If this bug affects Sm 2.0.14 or later (and preferably 2.1 or later), please open a new bug.
