User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070602 Firefox/2.0.0.4 Build Identifier: If the same bug is submitted, with the exact same text, it is still stored in the database. This was the case with the exact same bug being submitted back-to-back, which appears to have been caused by a browser refresh. The text search doesn't have to be through the entire database life; just within the last 15 minutes or so; also, another way to prevent this is with a hidden field on the form which would significantly reduce the search workload.
