Netscape displays the error page just before it load these page.

Steps of reproduce
1. go to http://home.netscape.com/
English Netcenter page is loaded correctly.
2. go to http://home.netscape.com/ja/index.html
before the page is loaded, it displayes the some page starting
   "3) return true..."
This happens in http://home.netscape.com/de/index.html also.

I tested this in 2000-05-10-10 and 2000-05-10-12 Win32 build.

Both the ja and de sites work for me with the 2000-05-10-12 on US Win95.
I tested this on Winnt 4.0J. On Win95J, it does not go to the same error page,
but it goes the part of the page. For example, when you type
http://home.netscape.com/ja/, it goes the part of the page of Japanese
netcenter page before it goes Japanese Netcenter page.
"Netscape displays the error page just before it load these page."
what does this mean "error page" ??
Is this a meta charset reload problem ?
How seriouse is it ?
Mark it as M17 for now.

teruko, could you revisit this bug? I could not see any problem
with latest mozilla and netscape 6 on NT40J.
Please reopen the bug if you still see the problem.
