Details

If Bugzilla stored, for bugs resolved DUPLICATE, the bug number it was a dupe of 
as a field, in addition to being text in the comments, this would make it much 
easier to e.g. create a list of most frequently reported bugs, by seeing which 
bugs were most-duped. See

I believe the duplicate should be marked the other way round. Bug 25693 has more 
information than this bug. I'll try to mark 25693 as the initial bug and this 
one (38850) as the duplicate

Ummm, that's how it was.  And you just reversed it.  So now this one is showing 
as the original and 25693 is showing as the duplicate.

Based on this comment:

And the fact that I agree with the reasoning in this statement, I am reopening 
bug 25693, and re-marking this as a duplicate of 25693.
