The URL above, http://24.16.0.68:8002/, crashes Mozilla. It's a webcam using
server push-pull, a technology introduced way back in Netscape 1.1 For more
info, see http://home.netscape.com/home/demo/1.1b1/pushpull.html   Even if
Mozilla has no plans to support this technology, we still shouldn't crash at
this site (IE 5.5, which also apparently isn't too fond of push pull, simply
displays a broken image in place of the PHP-driven webcam).

cc'ing garret, whose webcam this is, who knows a lot more about this than ido
<turns out i got the name of it a little wrong..resummarizing..as i said, i
know very little about this>

Garrett mentioned that he thought the NS fishcam ran off this same technology,
although that seems to wfm in moz. Perhaps this is just isolated to this page?

This is probably a dupe of #37909, which I just happen to be working
on now.
yep, based on valeski's comments, it sure looks like it .

will wait to see if your changes fixes it first before marking dup
Unfortunately this isn't a duplicate of #37909. I checked in
those changes last night.

The crash happens when we have no channel in
ImageConsumer::OnDataAvailable(). I'm not sure whats
happening yet, but it looks like we should catch
that in nsMultiMixedConv::**.

Jud: reassigning to you. Let me know if I can help out on
this one.

I'm trying to verify this fix but I'm unable to connect to this URL, Is this a
typo or is there another website that I could hit to verify this?
http://193.174.124.29/pub/pushs.html should have the same effect as the previous
url (which was up for a while, but is now obsolete). Mozilla does not crash in
my usage, btw.
