See testcase, you should be able to drag the link, just like always.
It's impossible for me, instead, just the link's text gets selected.

As a sidenote, When I do "Select All" on the testcase document, also the text input gets a selected look. That doesn't happen normally with text inputs.

Also, dragging links from the bookmarks toolbar into the document doesn't work (but I guess I should file a new bug on that?).

Simple fix, when there's an editor we should handle non-editable content in the same way as when there's not an editor. Still working on an automated testcase.

Simple fix, low risk. Haven't found a way yet to write an automated test for this.
