388775 - Can't scroll location bar dropdown contents, but auto-complete works OK

Clicking dropdown arrow (triangle) in location bar gives list and scroll bar, but the list can't be scrolled.  Autocomplete works OK.  This is a very recent problem, since last update.  NOTE: beside most recent Firefox update, I also installed Seamonkey (to read news) and Screengrab (to make images of pages).  Don't see why these would affect Firefox, but they might.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a lot of locations
2. Click on scroll arrow
3. Try to scroll
Actual Results:  
Contents of list don't scroll

Expected Results:  
Contents of list will be scrollable
