I upgrade from the last firefox (which was a fresh install on a new vista computer from last mount) to the new 2.0.0.5 and i lost all my bookmarks and other setting. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click Ok on the popup from firefox to install 2.0.0.5

Lost configuration and bookmark files

Expected Results:  
No lost
