This is a spin-off from bug 366614. That bug is about NSS tools.
This bug is about the OCSP client built-in to NSS's old (Not PKIX) OCSP client.
It needs to able to use IPv6 as well as IPv4.
I suggest that it should use the same code that is now in tstclnt.
That same code is also being put into strsclnt (see bug 388117).
Julien, if you want to do this for me, feel free to take it.
