I'm not sure what/who's to blame so I'll leave setting the dependency to someone who knows better.

I backed out the patch for bug 385393. I'll retest console^2 before landing; thanks for finding this and sorry for the trouble.

Sure enough, the *vp anti-dependency bit array_slice (and array_splice and array_concat, but not for console^2). New patch in bug 385393 soon, more comments there.
