User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.5) Gecko/20070713 Firefox/2.0.0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.5) Gecko/20070713 Firefox/2.0.0.5 I had Firefox 2.0.0.4. Since the release of 2.0.0.5 I have been using it with no problems, but today I went in Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, and I can see two versions of Firefox, 2.0.0.4 and 2.0.0.5. The 2.0.0.4 version is 20MB, and the 2.0.0.5 version is 25MB. Now I know that it is not supposed to be like that, because with the automatic updater, the previous versions are always removed from Add/Remove Programs, and the newest one is added. Please fix this issue for 2.0.0.6 version, because it is a little annoying. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. Get Firefox 2.0.0.4. 2. Use the automatic updater in 2.0.0.4 to update to 2.0.0.5. 3. Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, to see if there are two versions. Actual Results: The first time, and the only time that I updated, the two versions appeared as posted above. I have not tried to reproduce that bug, because i have so many bookmarks, and I don't want to delete and install again. Expected Results: To show only one version in Add/Remove Programs, only the newest 2.0.0.5, not 2.0.0.5 and 2.0.0.4. I updated Thunderbird 2.0.0.4 via the automatic updater, and there is one version of Thunderbird in Add/Remove Programs, only the newest one 2.0.0.5 which is fine.
