First, let me say that I am using the default theme.
When I print in portrait mode, either List or monthly grid, the title that I have entered IS printed in the upper left corner where it belongs.
When I try the same in landscape (for at least the monthly grid which is the only time period I use) no matter what title I have entered, the title is not printed. Instead the print command prints "untitled" where it should be printing the title that I have entered.
I probably should have tried weekly and/or daily in landscape, but since I don't use them the idea didn't cross my mind until this moment. I suspect that the problem will still occur.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make monthly calendar and use page setup to pick *landscape* mode.
2. Click on file, print and enter title. Then print.
3. No title is printed, just the word "untitled"
Actual Results:
When I try to print in landscape mode(for at least the monthly grid which is the only time period I use) no matter what title I enter the printed page displays "untitled" in the place where the title is in portrait, i.e. the upper left hand corner.
Expected Results:
I would have preferred to have the title as opposed to the word "untitled".

It works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6pre) Gecko/20070723 Calendar/0.7pre. The entered title is displayed in landscape mode in the output for all print layouts.
Are you using Sunbird or Lightning? Do you also see this issue using the 0.5 release of Sunbird/Lightning or a nightly build?
