When printing the calendar it would be nice to be able to choose the fonts which it is shown in. The aesthetics within the program are much nicer than those of its output.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Print Calendar
2. will automatically show in times

Actual Results:  
Calendar prints in times new roman

Expected Results:  
Calendar looks as good as it does in Sunbird
You can configure many print settings using the FG Printers extension <https://addons.mozilla.org/sunbird/addon/4648> / <http://www.grassmann.info/fgPrinters.xpi>.

I think we should provide a sensible default and leave the rest to the fgPrinters extension.
