As per the ADD-005d requirement for Firefox 3 <http://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox3/Product_Requirements_Document#P3>, a "Privacy Add-ons" button is needed for the Privacy section of the Firefox Preferences window, and also a "Security Add-ons" button is needed for the Security section of the Firefox Preferences window.
