Details
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6pre) Gecko/20070726 Calendar/0.7pre Steps To Reproduce: 1. Open the New Event dialog e.g. by using the toolbar button 2. In the dialog select menu View->Toolbars->Customize 3. In the Customize Toolbar dialog press the Cancel button Actual Results: Nothing happens. Error Console shows Error: onCancel is not defined Source File: chrome://global/content/bindings/dialog.xml Line: 357 Expected Results: No error. There should be no Ok and Cancel button. There should be just the Done button as in the Customize Toolbar dialog for the main application toolbar.

I can't reproduce this in Lightning, Stefan, but maybe you're using Sunbird. Using Lightning, when I press Cancel (as per the instructions), the customize dialog properly dismisses and there are no errors in the Error Console. Note that this is before removing any buttons from any of the toolbars (because you know that that causes problems). In addition, my main Thunderbird toolbar doesn't have a Done button, it has OK and Cancel buttons, so again, maybe you're referring to Sunbird.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12pre) Gecko/2008012209 Calendar/0.8pre I cannot reproduce anymore. Seems the issue was fixed in between. Resolving WFM.
