Clicking on some webcal:// link and then choosing a local handler means next time you click on a webcal link, nothing happens.

Actually, I think so - mind duping it the other way around though since this has a patch?  (and trying this patch to see if it solves the issue first - I think it does)

this code isn't really great, but it'll do... I guess it should use LaunchWithURI eventually
