Using PowerBook, two-finger drag in mousepad will to scroll list, but clicking and/or dragging scroll bar moves scroll bar but does not scroll list

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox->Preferences...
2.Click Show Passwords...
3.Click and drag scroll bar, or click in scroll bar control
Actual Results:  
Scroll bar moves in scroll bar control, but window contents do not change

Expected Results:  
Expect window contents to scroll with scroll bar

Scrolling works properly with two-finger drag when cursor is in password list pane
