390150 - Cannot tab between HTML page and flash (swf)

If you use keyboard to navigate the webpages which has a flash embeded in. You cannot tab into the flash without using the mouse. Once you are in flash, you trapped in the flash and cannot tab out without using the mouse. It is a big accessbility bug, please fix them assp.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Develop a html page with a few links
2.embed a swf in this page, the swf file should have has contol/buttons
3.Use keyboard to tab this page
Actual Results:  
You cannot tab to the buttons in the flash. It will skip the flash. You have to use mouse to click on the flash to set the focus on flash. Once done, you can tab throught the flash. But now the problem is that you cannot get out of the flash using keyboard.

Expected Results:  
Use the tab key to tab through the html and flash in order.

If people who use keyboard to navigate the website cannot use firefox if this issue is not solved.
