Y'Z Dock application prevents Firefox automatic software update from completing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install the Y'z Dock application at http://oxyx.oxygen-inc.com/ and add a shortcut to Firefox in it
2. Launch Firefox < 2.0.0.6
3. When Firefox automatic software update happens, accept and choose to restart Firefox
Actual Results:
RESULT: Software update failed. One or more files are still in use.

Expected Results:
Software update should complete

CAUSE: Y'z Dock software holds certain application components in memory to determine which applications in the dock are running. This prevents the automatic software update from completing.

RESOLUTION: Exit Y'z Dock to complete the software update

OTHER: Same bug submitted to the oxygen-inc folks about a year ago. No contact from them since. Although this is a software conflict with Y'Z Dock, they seem unwilling to resolve it.
this sounds a lot like bug #388921 (which is probably a dup of bug #340535).

Henrik, what do you think?
