Don't penalize me for installing firefox! Default security YES then I just have to say NO to change.

firefox installations default security not to yes, or no, but unset. Because of this I get lots of Security Warnings and have to say YES, then NO to unset them. Please default to YES then I just have to say NO.

Here are some of the many questions I'll have to say YES, then NO to on every firefox installation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install firefox
2. Get security warning and say YES
3. Change to NO


Expected Results:  
Default to YES so I just have to say NO and be done with it.

These warning have been (will be?) removed from Firefox 3
