gfx.color_management.display_profile is
C:\\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color\sRGB Color Space Profile.icm 

if it matters.

Confirmed, with the same icm file on win xp home / sp2.
Doing a "View Image" of the "eyes" displays ok, though.

Low risk patch that fixes the behavior of a somewhat rare (but used in acid2) type of PNG image with color managment turned on.
