39128 - throbber never stops after ftp download

Seen with a 5/9 release build, and again with a 5/12 release build (can't test
with a debug build because I crash first):

Go to the ftp dir where the current builds are.  Click on the current build
(with 5/9, it's a single click, with today's build, for some reason you have to
double-click), navigate the maze of dialogs, and download a build.  The download
dialog comes up, its progress meter goes from 0 to 100 in a reasonable amount of
time, the dialog disappears, but in the main window, the throbber and barber
pole keep spinning until you go to another page.

Yep, same bug, as it turns out.  But I couldn't find it, and asked Jud if there
was still a bug open on it, and he said he didn't remember one and I should file
a new one. :-)  Thanks for the pointer!

I'll leave it to Jud and Gagan to decide which of these should be the dup.
