if firefox some thing goes in crash and you have an download in progress, the download manager on restart of firefox (with and without restoration session) it does not cancel the download(s) that they were active before the crash and dont allow the cancellation of the cache.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download 1 file (everything)
2. Make a crash of firefox for any cause
3. Restart firefox and open "download manager"
4. try to restore/cancel the download.
Actual Results:  
Dont allow the restore/cancelllation of download(s) that they had been starts to you before the crash.

Expected Results:  
Restore the download(s) or claer the downloads manager cache.
