I used default fc6 Firefox 1.5. That supports all the Unicode characters and displayed properly(user understandable). After I installed(different path) Firefox 2.0.0.6 with out remove Firefox 1.5. If I opened any Tamil based websites it doesn't display properly.

Firefox default install from its site for Linux does not enable pango rendering for complex scripts. You can get pango enabled version from other sites like. Remi collet rpm blog page ( http://blog.famillecollet.com/post/2008/02/08/470-firefox-20012-1 ) and try again.  I found the 2.0.0.12 working fine for Telugu 
No problem observed with this configuration
