39202 - Account Settings window contents clipped - can't resize it

The mail-news Account Settings window is not resizable. When using a screen 
resolution using the Windows large fonts setting, content is clipped. This is 
a bad thing. There are other display issues in mail-news with large fonts, as 
well, but this is the only one I can't get around.

Possible dup of bug 39297.

Based on screenshot, changing Summary field to reflect that it is the 
preferences dialog and not the Account Manager.

changing summary back to reflect that this is the Account Settings dialog, and 
NOT prefs. (Look at the screen shot again, it's not the prefs window)

ok, I made it resizable. I'm not going to make it size to large fonts, it's too 
hard and I've spent too much time already.

Build 2000-05-25-08M16: Win95
It's resizing now on Windows. 
Linux is resizeable but the Mac is not. I know this bug was written specifically 
for Windows but I'm wondering about the Mac to be consistent.

Verified Fixed. 

It currently appears that the Mac does not allow modal windows to be resized. I 
created bug# 41741 which requests this ability for all modal dialogs.
