Bug 387196 effectively removed nsUrlClassifierTable.js, by removing it from EXTRA_PP_COMPONENTS, so that it's not built, but left it hanging around in the source, and in various packages-static files where it adds to the "possible missing or unnecessary file" spew in build logs, and since it's not in removed-files.in, it'll keep hanging around in auto-updated and install-over-the-top installs.
