Screenshot of selected and unselected item in Mozilla and Homesite installer, where is still possible to see the underline in Homesite while selected
Fx in the Setup Type dialog, when you select "Custom" it is impossible to see
the accesskey underline for "Custom". This is not the case in other installers.
