Noticed this today while trying to point the talos buildbot at this new machine. Hourlies produced here have incorrect permissions (appear to be rw-r--r-- in the top level). Unable to start firefox.exe from the command line (cmd.exe) or from windows explorer. Changing permissions with chmod -R 755 firefox fixes it.
Setting as P1, because this is breaking all performance testing.

bl-bldxp01 is still cycling ok, so this won't close the tree.
I'm running some local tests on fxnewref-win32-tbox to see at what stage the
perms get munged.

firefox.exe is rwxr-xr-x in the most recent zip i just grabbed from http://stage.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/tinderbox-builds/FXNEWREF-WIN32--trunk/

Someone else may want to verify those permissions.
robcee is talking me through adding some of the MSYS-specific testing code from bug 392579 to the talos master.
Talos is testing again on Windows Trunk.
