Property(criteria) of Search Folder(Virtual Folder) is lost when ".msf" is deleted manually.

Tested with Thunderbird latest-trunk 2007/8/22 build(MS Win-XP SP2).
(1) Create a search folder
    => criteria is written in virtualFolders.dat and .msf
(2) Shutdown Thunderbird, and delete .msf file
(3) Restart Thunderbird => Criteria of the search folder(property) is lost
    No criteria data in .msf at this step, but still remans in virtualFolders.dat
(4) Shutdown Thunderbird => Criterria data is removed from virtualFolders.dat too
