squeezed checkboxes
The check boxes used for the Calendar list have a Win 2000 look & and they are vertically squeezed. See screenshot attached.
Expected Results:
Non squeezed, native check boxes for XP & Vista

This should block the release, we need correct looking checkboxes. Intermediate fix would be to use the checkbox images just as on the mac.

As discussed we should take the checkbox image for now. I think this will stay that way until there is either a <richtree> or trees support checkboxes correctly.
