User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070802 SeaMonkey/1.1.4
Build Identifier:
With SeaMonkey 2.0 being a Toolkit based application like FireFox 3.0 (aka MineField) it would be nice to support the same commandline argument -app like FireFox to invoke running an external XulRunner Application using all the built in development tools like DOM Inspector, JavaScript Debugger etc. for debugging and developing the XulRunner application.
Reproducible: Always

See bug#388833 which is the FireFox implementation of this feature request
Depends on bug 394502?

PowerPC support has been dropped, setting Hardware/OS to All.
Moving to Startup & Profiles component.
Georg, do you still have this problem with current trunk builds? (I suppose you do, but a confirmation would be nice. The fact that -app is not mentioned by "seamonkey -h" is not enough, the help display has always been somewhat incomplete.)

yes it still is not implemented in Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:6.0a1) Gecko/20110519 Firefox/6.0a1 SeaMonkey/2.2a1pre.
Specifying the application.ini of a XulRunner app does not open that app but opens this web page as this was the last visited web page before quit of SM and starting the test.
