the second you is wrong, and there's an extra underlined space.

Sometimes administrators never file bugs.

Yeah, this is fine with me. You're just moving the </a> to the end of the previous line and changing the you to anyone. Since I'm not an official reviewer, you'll need to get somebody else to sign-off on it before you can check it in. ;)
