In theory, the 2007-08-26 17:43 build was supposed to be a clobber, so that kherron could finally check in his patch for bug 315687, but in fact it turned out to be a down-in-flames "C:\slave\trunk_2k3\mozilla\objdir\browser\locales - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." build, followed in the usual fashion by a "rm: cannot remove `../dist/bin/chrome/chromelist.txt': Permission denied" build.
the processes were killed and the slave restarted. Creating a new bug to get this fixed permanently.

You can also fix these errors by killing the slave, running 'ps' (and killing all processes), and restarting Buildbot. When talos2 gets checked in this shouldn't be an issue anymore.
this is on the unittest boxes, though maybe talos has a similar issue.
Oh. Well, this can happen on any cygwin/buildbot machine, fwiw.
