Currently the representatting box for an event in the views shows not much information about the event: Subject, location (text), calendar (box color) and category (box border color).

Events should show more details, like privacy, unimportance, status, if and for when a alarm is set, free/busy-info. This could be icons that show the properties or some kind of mark-up/abbreviations.

Perhaps adding class values for each property to event boxes would make it easier to style events depending on the properties. Less important events coudl get a lower z-index or be shaded/transparent or get a symbol in one of the corners.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
See at a glance lots of thing: alarm, importance, status etc.
I think adding much more information in the event boxes adds much visual clutter to events, which distracts the eye when trying to gain an overview of the events. I'm not sure its possible, but I think this should be done in an extension.

Christian, is there any more information you'd like to see in the event boxes? I could imagine Location is a good candidate.

Certain aspects can be done by adding CSS rules to userchrome (as long as you just want to add an icon or change a color.

Adding the location is bug:
