Additionally, the table flows onto a second page even though shrink to fit should be able to make it fit on one page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. IE6 prints the table perfectly in landscape mode on a single page with equal width columns.

I can confirm that this works correctly in 3.6. I'm not sure which exact version it was fixed in, but it's been correct for quite some time.
