From what I know, extensions/help isn't built any more by any application and we can just cvs remove it. The content is in suite/ nowadays and the viewer is used from toolkit...

Created attachment 281811 [details] [diff] [review] remove references from configure I think this is the only place old help is still referenced. I'll consider r/sr for this to also include cvs removing extensions/help itself.
