this is a cool tool and I think it should work with SeaMonkey, let's get support in :)
Here's the patch. I also included the work needed for renaming the Firefox overlay to overlay-firefox.xul, but not that rename itself (Shawn and the svn binary know why).

This seems like a common type of tool for ant xul application - are we using the new 'toolkit@mozilla.org' support? if not, why not? also, this tool should have a command line handler so xul-apps don't need an overlay at all, they can launch it with a '-sqlexplorer' commandline flag
mfinkle: This idea sounds cool, but I think we need exactly that commandline handler to reasonably add the toolkit install target - care to file a separate bug for that?
