After downloading the .jad, trying to run it results on the message: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-en_US-joey cannot be found in local install folder. - 77

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download file
2.tap on it
3. follow installation instructions
Actual Results:  
the message: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-en_US-joey cannot be found in local install folder. - 77

Expected Results:  
successfull install!!

loads of free memory, no other running programs, everything is up to date

for windows mobile, you need to download the JAR, not the JAD.  


I think we should just offer the .jad to download (optionally).
