In the given url, the part of the page in question is at the very end, on the
'You are not logged in' text. The URL contains & as part of GET data for
a URL. In past experiences with other nameless web browsers, having an unescaped
ampersand symbol always caused problems. Escaping this has always worked fine,
until Mozilla 2000051608. With 2000051608, the URL gets cut off before the
escaped ampersand.

Yep. Something in URL parsing has gone a little off. URL's with & in them
are not getting parsed properly (I imagine this must be a DUPL, but I couldn't
see one).
