I have got lots of email address configured in Eudora and I really would like to have a single inbox like it was in Eudroa despite than having one inbox per personality with messages divided per personality.

Is it possible to have one inbox with an option ontop of the folder to filter messages per personality?

You can set all of your POP accounts to store their mail in the 'local folders' and then do whatever sort of filtering you like from that point, so basically what you are asking for already exists.
