Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I had installed bugzilla2.22.2 and then installed testopia1.2.2
2.whenever i post a bug it is giving error as undef error - Invalid argument at C:/Perl/site/lib/Mail/Mailer.pm line 269.  
3.but the bug is posted and we could able to see and check the bug.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
whenever i post a bug it should display all the bug parameters which i choose and  it should display whether to confirm or un-confirm the bug and a commit button to commit the bug.

Not a security bug.

What's your version of Mail::Mailer? And can you reproduce the bug without Testopia being installed?
