User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6 Build Identifier: I ordered the Foxkeh tee not knowing it's a women's shirt. Its product page doesn't state that it's a ladies tee. Neither does the shopping cart or any of the subsequent pages. I only found out when I received the shipping confirmation e-mail. Yes, there are two "sort by" buttons on the T-shirts page. I didn't notice them the first many many times I visited that page. I usually click on "T-shirts" and then click on the shirt I like. Here are some suggestions. On the product page for each shirt, allow the customer to select the fit (Unix, M, W) and the size. If there's only one fit avaible, then have it faded out and thus inducing disappointment in all guys who want to look pretty in a Foxkeh tee. Have the shopping cart and any confirmation steps show the fit of the shirts. Or, separate the men and women shirts into two blocks on the T-shirts page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Be a guy. 2. Go to store.mozilla.org. 3. Click on "T-shirt" and the select the Foxkeh shirt. 4. Order it. 5. Find out it's a women's shirt when shipping confirmation e-mail arrives. 6. Give shirt to sister!
Barry, sorry about the confusion here. You make a good point. Mike, as a short-term solution can you change the product name to "Japanese Foxkeh Women's T-Shirt"? If that's too long let me know and we can figure out a plan B. Thanks, John
