Details

User-Agent: Dillo
Build Identifier: does not show up in Help/About

TITLE tooltip popups, for example A HREF="some-url" TITLE="this text is popped up when you hover over the link", are limited to 1 line only. If you have very large fonts (as in accessibility) then it may not be possible to fit all of the "this text is popped up when you hover over the link" into one line. Internet Explorer 6 will use as many lines as necessary for its tooltip popups - emulating this will improve accessibility greatly when you have large fonts and a page uses long TITLEs which you want to read.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try this: <A HREF="example.com" TITLE="this is a long title which will not fit on one line when you are in very large print">
set your screen DPI to something very large (multiply by 4) so as to increase the font used in tooltips
point at the link and verify that the text does not all fit on one line but the tooltip does not expand for it
Actual Results:
only one line of tooltip is shown, and not all the text can fit in it

Expected Results:
the tooltip should expand into multiple lines as necessary so that all of the text can be shown, as Internet Explorer does

Sorry about lack of build info. I changed my user agent to "Dillo" in about:config due to a test I was doing on a company server, and that change seems to have overwritten the build info and I don't know how to get it back. But it's the latest version of Firefox and it's on auto-updates. I'm in Windows XP Professional which is also auto updating itself.
