10.4.9 and above are incompatible with one of our tools. Please downgrade qm-pmac01 through qm-pmac04 to OS X 10.4.8. Do not downgrade qm-pmac05.

qm-pmac01-03 are on 10.4.8 now, but qm-pmac04 is having some issues. I'll keep you updated.

I take it these machines were re-imaged; can you e-mail me the root password?

I don't think ssh is running on qm-pmac03. No response on port 22 from it (even with telnet).

qm-pmac01 has been OK. qm-pmac02 is inaccessible with the same problem listed in comment#6 qm-pmac03 was working fine for a few days, now I can't access it again. qm-pmac04 appears to be working (i just logged on for the first time since re-imaging)

I think what's happening is that they are going into sleep mode. I've turned off sleep on 01 and 04. Can you access 02 and 03 and turn it off on them? Hopefully this will fix it...

Ok, just fixed the power settings for 02 and 03, so that should do it. Resolving.
