If I do:

~/trunk/mozilla/obj-debug/dist/MinefieldDebug.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox 11.txt

and the last build I ran was a different one, Firefox loads http://www.11.txt/ instead of 11.txt from the current directory.  My guess is that EM-restart is changing what Firefox considers to be the "current directory".
Jesse, can you still reproduce this? I'm pretty sure any pwd-changing we did has long been removed.

Yes, I can still reproduce this.  Firefox seems to be looking for the file in

file:///Users/jruderman/central/debug-obj/dist/MinefieldDebug.app/Contents/MacOS/

instead of the current directory after an EM-restart.
