396054 - make talos slaves ignore slow scripts

Attachment: stop "slow script" dialog from popping up

While running a Talos slave at 50% speed and 20 cycles the report generation on the new pageloader caused the slow script dialog to pop-up (which pauses the script) and eventually causes Buildbot to time out. This patch adds "dom.max_script_run_time : 0" to all of the sample.config files to avoid this in the future.

This option is already a part of /mozilla/testing/performance/talos/sample.config - I believe that we should update these other configs to the currently checked in master config instead of adding in each one separately.

Also - if you are seeing this kind of timeout behavior we may need to increase the timeout built into talos.  After a given timeout it gives up on the test, kills the browser and exits.
