One of the options contains Arabic text, the select form-control has 4~5 pixels extra at the bottom. This is also visible when the options are opened: extra white-space above the Arabic option.

Does not happen in Fx 2.0/Gecko 1.8.1 Mac/Win

Korean also generates are slightly taller form control.

Indeed, with the latest builds this works correctly.

This changed between the 20070920-0820 build and the 20070920-0920 build
It looks like bug 299222 has fixed this.
