Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Sunbird with clean profile
2. Create some dummy events
3. Switch to Month View
4. Note the start and end time of the created events
5. Go to Sunbird preferences dialog, change the timezone and save.
6. Note the start and end time of the created events

Actual Results:
View doesn't change. The events are still display the same start and end time.

Actual Results:
Different start and end time due to the changed timezone.

Regression Range:
WORKS in Sunbird 0.7pre (2007091306)
FAILS in Sunbird 0.7pre (2007091406)
